A medical cannabis who is well documented by physicians and Mayo Clinic was given a ticket in a national forest for possession of drugs and for parapharenlia (all marked cannabis for medical use only). The ticket said $ 275.00 for the drug ticket and appearance required for the pipe (medical delivery device). Unfortunately this same patient has 6 prior federal feony convictions for receiving a pkg of medical cannabis thru mail from Switz. in 98. What is the maximum this person can be sentenced to if found guilty? If required to go to trial, this patient will have one of the federal recipients of medical cannabis in court. The US Govt. has been giving this man 300 cannabis cigarettes for over 20 years. Equal treatment and protection under the law and a person’s right to save themselves should apply.
