Question by Cowson: Should cannabis be made legal to grow?
Should it be legal for personal use? 1-2 plants?
I think it should.
Sooooo much money is going towards criminals who have the ‘courage’ to grow large amounts of weed. (not all growers, but a lot).
These criminals are getting a S*** load of money from people who just want to relax or have medical conditions that cannabis can proove to give them relief.
Also, for people who dont know about weed in our streets nowadays, these criminals are also weighing down their produced green with chemicals and other things that can harm the smoker!
For example, there was a batch with fibre glass in it (to make it heavier so the criminals can get more money per amount sold). This unfortunately got sold to one guy (that i know of) who ended up with no teeth because they all fell out after smoking a load of it!
Should it become legal to grow so people are safer and the criminals loose money?

I think it should be for your own use but the government wouldn’t be able to control people selling it for profit and them not getting there share. Its pretty tricky.

You make a good point. I think it should be legal to grow a few plants. Its safer than drinking. and honestly, I am convinced it is illegal solely because the goverment is making so much money on busting people.

There is no reason why mj and other recreational drugs couldn’t be produced and sold and taxed as controlled substances, in the same manner as alcohol and tobacco.
